Brief introduction of RT30

30 ton rough terrain crane is a telescopic boom and slewing crane that uses a tire-type chassis to travel. It is compose of the superstructure and undercarriage. The upper structure is the lifting part. It consists of telescopic boom, auxiliary boom, main winch and auxiliary winch. Winch, luffing mechanism, counterweight, turntable.The undercarriage is compose of the suspension and walking part. The superstructure and the undercarriage are connecte by the slewing bearing.

Torque limiter

Detecting function:Detect the angel of the boom automatically.

Display function:Show operating information such as actual load,handing radius,boom angle

Caution Function:When the actual load exceeds rated lifting load,Torque limiter will give an alarm and stop the operation

Swing table lock device

• During the driving process： The swing table and the bracket are connecte by a plug-in device. To prevent the steering components (swing table, boom) from swinging due to inertia.
• Winch over-winding protect device：When the load reaches a certain height, the moment limiter stops lifting. The light on the dashboard is on
• Win over-relaxation protect device：The torque limiter will stop the descent when there are only 3 turns of rope left on the winch. The indicator light on the instrument panel will come on.
• Outrigger lock device.：During the driving process, a plug device is use. By plugging the outrigger, the device keeps it from extending.
• Outrigger bidirectional hydraulic lock：Outrigger bidirectional hydraulic lock is use to keep both horizontal and vertical cylinder from retractation.
• Rear axle steering lock and rear wheel return detector：During the driving process, only front axle steering is neede and the rear should be returne aligned. For this reason a lock device is use and indicating light on the instrumentation board shows the status.
• Emergency steering power device(emergency pump：If there is an emergency that the engine can not be starte, the crane can be dragge by other vehicles. The emergency pump is drive by battery and supplies power to power cylinder.
